The use of the IncentivAction IncentiCheque Demo platform implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions that are published on this site.

1.- DEFINITIONS
1.1.- IncentivAction IncentiCheque Demo Platform: It is the name given to the exchange platform or Program for which these Terms and Conditions apply and is an Internet-based platform that allows its Participants to accumulate Points and exchange for monetary and non-monetary options.
1.2.- Participants: These are individuals or companies that register, or were pre-registered in the Program and that have a valid account to participate in the Program.
1.3.- Administrator: Is the company contracted by the Campaign Sponsor to administer the Program. In this case: IncentivAction.
1.4.- Campaign Sponsor: IncentivAction sponsors this platform as a means to promote its business and is a sales tool, using it means IncentivAction may solicit Participants for their business.
1.5.- Eligibility Conditions: As this is a demo platform, free of charge and does not in reality ship any kind of rewards to Participants (on and offline) there are no limitations to its use imposed by the Sponsor.
1.6.- Points: These are allocated to the Participants in the IncentivAction IncentiCheque Demo Platform for any activity defined by the Campaign Sponsor. Exchange options are digital gift certificates or donations to charities selected by IncentivAction. No options can in reality be exchanged in this Demo Platform and exchange orders will only be received, never processed or fulfilled.
1.7.- Program: It is the program or promotion in The IncentivAction IncentiCheque Demo Platform that the Campaign Sponsor has defined to achieve its goals of demonstrating the platform to potential IncentivAction clients and /or any other objective that the Campaign Sponsor has or may define.
1.8.- Points: It is the currency used in this Demo Platform.

3.- TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE WEBSITE
3.1.- The IncentivAction IncentiCheque Demo Platform service is a membership-based service and you will be asked to enter a username and password prior to entering the service.
3.2.- You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account details. If you believe your password has been compromised you should contact us as soon as possible and (subject to security checks) we will change your password. We will not be liable to you if unauthorized access to your account and/or unauthorized activity on your account occurs as a result of your compromised password, unless this is due to our negligence. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or other breach of the security of your account.
3.3.- We cannot guarantee that the use of this website is compatible with all equipment and software that may be used by visitors to the site.
3.4.- We cannot guarantee periods of availability of the website or that access to the website will be uninterrupted. The LIABILITY clause, we will not be liable to you in relation to any claim, subject to or loss (including, to avoid doubts, any loss of profit, loss of business, lost management time or other consequential loss) incurred by you that occurs as a result of any temporary interruption of service or unavailability of the website.

We reserve the right to change items or the terms of use, including but not limited to rewards. Reward point values may change at any time without notice. If a reward is discontinued, reasonable efforts will be made to offer a substitute of equivalent quality. All reward offers are subject to availability. We may make equivalent value model substitutions without prior notice when necessary.

4.- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
4.1.- This website contains material that is property of us or licenses from us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, content, appearance and graphics. And it is protected by intellectual property laws including, but not limited to copyright.
4.2.- You may view, use, download and store the material on this website solely for personal and research use. Commercial use is not allowed. The re-distribution, re-publication or other means of transmission available of the material on this website to third parties without our prior written authorization is prohibited.

6.1.- We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage that you may suffer as a result of your access to or use of this website or any material on this website, except where the loss or damage is:

7.1.- We make the services of The IncentivAction IncentiCheque Demo Platform available to you at our discretion and we may terminate access to the service or the Program at any time without prior notice.

8.- PLACEMENT OF EXCHANGE ORDERS
8.1.- When you exchange your Points for Options in the IncentivAction IncentiCheque Demo Platform, you will not receive an actual option. Not digitally, nor physically. Orders are received, acknowledged but never processed and never shipped.
8.2.- The Point values of each Option are rarely verified and provide no guide or correlate to the market value on any particular item.
8.3.- The images of the Rewards are referential and do not exactly represent the item, colors and/or models.

By accepting these terms and conditions, all parties submit to the jurisdiction and jurisdiction of the courts of Vancouver, BC, in order to resolve any dispute that may arise, waiving any jurisdiction that in the present or future may correspond to them by reason of domicile.
